  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker,add oil.Let it be warm.Fry sliced onion till light brown.
  3. Add keema,saute till water dries.Add 1/3cup water and salt,cover the lid and pressure cook on high flame for 2 whistles.
  4. Let pressure release.Dry water if any.Add vinegar,mix.Take out in a bowl.Put a burning charcoal in a steel cup.Place in middle of keema bowl,pour some ghee drops over the charcoal and cover quickly the bowl.
  5. Leave for 5 minutes.Garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Serve with roti/naan/parathe/or boiled rice.
