Steps to make to make Egg kofta curry

  1. First to make green chilli, onion and garlic paste take one onion,garlic cloves and green chillies.put in mixer grinder and grind it to make a paste.keep aside
  2. Take boiled eggs grated all with yolk add 1tsp grind paste,red chilli powder, coriander powder,chat masala,salt, corn flour and chopped coriander leaves.mix all together and make a medium size balls give it shape of kofta
  3. Take a pan add 2-3 tbsp oil heat it and fry the koftas on medium flame until they turn golden brown. Transfer in a plate.keep aside.
  4. In the same pan add 2 tbsp oil add chopped onion saute few seconds then add 1tsl chilli,garlic in paste saute when the onion turn soft and light brown add tomato puree mix and add all the spices.mix well add one cup water cover and cooked for ten minutes on medium flame.stir occasionally.when oil release add coriander leaves mix well. turn off the flame.place the curry in serving plate our kofta on it and serve
