  4. Remove the plate, allow it to cool. Now in a wok heat oil, crackle the mustard seed, then add green chillies and curry leaves. Add 1/2 glass of water to the seasoning and sugar. Allow the seasoning to boil.
  5. With a knife cut in squares and pour the seasoning over the dhokla and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with chutney and tea.
