- Boil the rice adding bay leaves,some black n white pepper, cardamom stick, clove, green n black cardamom,n drain it out the water when it cooked 3/4.n in other pan fry the onions with ghee n oil mixed.keep a side.
- Saute the the fish.add some onion, ginger n garlic paste to the pan. Saute it well.add dhaniya n pudina pata paste to it,add nut meg, javipattri, star Annis,green chili paste, green cardamom,clove, white n black pepper paste, cinnamon stick salt as per taste then add the fish.
- Now prepare the handi where I finally prepare the dum biryani.grease the pan with ghee add some bay leaves then put one layer of rice then ghee, saffron,salt,some fish, barista, with gravy n some lemon juice.3 layers of it I have done then tightly place the lid,above of the lid put any heavy object n finally heat the tawa in a low flame n put the handi around 15 mins.now the dum biriyani is ready to serve.
