- 2 tomatoes

- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon mutton masala
- as needed Coriander for garnish
- as per taste Salt
Steps to make to make Bhuna Keema
- Wash keema thoroughly with warm water, strain water and keep
- In a kadai heat oil, add cumin seeds and add slit green chillies, hing
- Now add finely chopped onions, and cook till pink
- Now add ginger garlic paste, fry till raw smell goes now add turmeric powder and mix nicely add keema and salt and cover and cook
- Stir every 10 mins till keema is cooked
- In the mean time puree the tomatoes.
- Get masala ready by dry roasting coriander seeds and black pepper, crush with morter and pestle or grind in mixer keep aside
- Once keema is done, increase the flame and bhuno the keema nicely till the water dries now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, mutton masala and mix nicely
- Add tomato puree and some more salt and mix nicely, cover and cook for 5-7 mins
- Once done open the lid and and cook with lid open once its nice and cooked you can add some water if you don't want dry keema
- Add the crushed masala and mix nicely garnish with coriander leaves and serve with Pav or chapati
