- Chana daal 1/2 cup
Washed with luke warm water n boil separately in 1 glass water. - In a deep skillet with heavy bottom, heat 2 glasses of water and add moong daal (washed) 1 cup, and masoor daal (washed) 1 cup.
And let them boil. When moong daal and masoor daal r half done add boiled chana daal in it and now let them boil till completely done. Use wooden spoon. - Masala for daal: In a pan heat oil, add ginger garlic paste, sauté, now add tomato slices and cover for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes tomatoes get soft now add fried onions, lauki, spinach, methi leaves, soya, green chillies, mix well.
- In a separate bowl mix red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and water, mix well and add with the vegetables.
